Gardens that Change the World
"Changing the world, one garden at a time", isn't just some catchy slogan. Every garden in every neighborhood increases the biome, the pollen for pollinators, the likelihood that garden skills will last within humans as everything gets more technical.
Having a garden is one of the most radical forms of activism against climate change you can do. You're challenging preconceptions, increasing your seratonin and dopamine naturally, and if you're lucky you might even be able to eat something you grew from seed. Long- term gratification is what challenges our dependences on the short-term.
